Bruce Peden
Born in Pulaski, Tennessee, Bruce Peden is an experienced and well-respected trial lawyer throughout the Middle Tennessee area. He describes his area of expertise as “taking on cases that other lawyers won’t touch.”

“I’ve never settled into a specialty.” “I tend to get involved in unique and complicated areas.”
Peden’s drawn to such cases because he loves a challenge.
“I like to research difficult questions and take on things that other lawyers shy away from.” “I leave no stone unturned. I’m always extremely more prepared than my opponent.” “I’m very competitive,” he added. “Always have been.”
Peden has been practicing law since 1976 and in that time he’s won hundreds of cases, including multi-million dollar personal injury verdicts. But he’s just as proud of the large number of clients who keep coming back to him when they have a problem.
His bankruptcy practice is limited to lender-creditor representation, although he has extensive past experience representing debtors and Trustees, serving himself as an ad hoc Trustee.
From 1977 to 1981 Mr. Peden served on active duty with the U.S. Marine Corps as Deputy Staff Judge Advocate, 4th Marine Division.
“My goal is to be the best lawyer that anybody could have.”
